San Diego Community Power earns public credit rating

San Diego Community Power, the community energy provider serving nearly 1 million customers in San Diego County, has received its first public credit rating — obtaining an investment-grade A issuer credit rating with a stable outlook from S&P Global Ratings.

“The ‘A’ rating reflects the discipline, expertise and customer-first mindset of our team,” Community Power CEO Karin Burns said in a statement.
