Today, CalCCA presented oral arguments before the CPUC on the Track Two PCIA proceeding, making the case that assigning pre-2019 banked RECs a value of $0 fails to recognize the value CCA customers helped pay for.

Day 5: It’s not too late to solve the problem.

PCIA Track 2 was launched to address pre-2019 banked RECs. Assigning them a value of $0 leaves the problem unresolved.

The CPUC still has the opportunity to get it right.
