Advocating for Community Choice in California
CalCCA is committed to protecting the interest of California’s community choice electricity providers
CalCCA represents the interests of California’s community choice electricity providers in the legislature and at the relevant regulatory agencies, including the California Public Utilities Commission, California Energy Commission and California Air Resources Board. Community choice programs are administered by local governments with a mission to provide competitive alternatives to investor-owned utility sources. CalCCA’s voting members are the operating programs in California. Local governments interested in community choice may join as affiliate members.
CalCCA held its second Annual Meeting on October 3, 2017 at the Riverside Convention Center. To view the event and download materials, please click here.
